A Production Scheduling Method for Resolving Multiple Equipment Operation Conflicts in Lithium Battery Mills

Due to the wide variety of production orders and complex processes in lithium battery cell rolling shop, it is easy cause conflict deadlock problems when multiple devices are operating at same time, thus blocking tasks affecting productivity. In this paper, we build a task scheduling framework for shop by combining process cells, establish model considering rules order splitting prioritization. An improved genetic algorithm proposed solve with completion time delay as optimization objectives. First, heuristic combined GLR initialization methods generate initial populations improve population quality. Secondly, simulated annealing an elite retention strategy introduced screen new population, neighborhood exchange based on priority ranking overcome problem that iterative prone illegal solutions. Finally, encoding method mutation repair mechanism improved, adaptive crossover operations used search capability algorithm. The experimental results show feasible effective solving operation scheduling, has certain application value improving efficiency smart operation.
